Miss Danielle Shereen Archer is a proud Holy Childhood High Alumnae – Class of 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree in Political Science and International Relations (1999) as well as a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours (2003). Both degrees are from the University of the West Indies. Having attended the Norman Manley Law School, she was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2005. Her tutelage as an Attorney-at-Law began under the direction of Mr. Walter H. Scott Q.C. at Messrs Chancellor & Co. Attorneys-at-Law which has since been incorporated into Messrs Rattary Patterson Rattary, Attorneys-at-Law. She acquired further litigation experience while working in the Attorney-General’s Department under the supervision of Mr. Patrick W. Foster Q.C. and Mrs. Nicole Foster- Pusey Q.C. Since entering private practice in May 2009, under the guidance of Mr. Sean O. Kinghorn, a seasoned litigator with over fifteen years experience and a partner in the law firm Messrs. Kinghorn & Kinghorn, she has successfully litigated many matters in the Supreme Court of Jamaica. While providing service in all areas of the law, Miss Archer relishes litigation and mediation. Her Practice facilitates community development through scholarships, bursaries and internships. Miss Archer provides Legal Aid Services on a monthly basis in various communities in the parish of Manchester and avidly practice Sign Language. Given her successful past as a debater, Miss Archer coaches University debaters and was a former board member of the Passport, Immigration Citizenship Agency (PICA). Administration Manager, can be stern when necessary and a stickler for proper work ethics. As a retiree she volunteers her time and expertise at our Practice, she is an all rounder, managing all the affairs of the office while being the team's mother.
With over thirty years of experience garnered at Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited (now LIME) and Alumina Partners of Jamaica (ALPART) in the IT Department, she presently handles any and every affair and inner workings of the practice. The Administrator and Web Designer, a team player first desired to become a Medical Doctor and took steps in securing such a future. However at the age of six when he got his first computer, he quickly learned the art of computing and being a medical doctor was no longer a priority.
He attended the V.T.D.I Training Institute. After two years he became bored of formalities and lack of challenge . He forged his way into the IT field Teaching, Designing, Consulting while keeping abreast of the new developments in the field. There he found his second love Law, A graduate of the Paralegal Training Institute in Kingston he began his tenure at DANIELLE S. ARCHER & ASSOCIATES where he exercises both technical and legal expertise. His love and growth in the legal field continues. |
